The image is of a little girl. We do not get a name or much of an explanation, but she looks young, upset, maybe living a cruel life. Her eyes look grey to me, but they are most likely blue or green. She has dry lips, curly blonde hair. She looks very German or some other European country. The size of the picture would catch any eye and allow minds to wonder. "Why is that there?" "Who is she?" "Selfie time!". The questions people will think are limitless while being contained in a limited place. She could very well just be there to force people to think.
